David Bowie foi um cantor, compositor e ator britânico, nascido a 8 de janeiro de 1947 em Londres, Inglaterra. É considerado uma das figuras mais influentes da música contemporânea, destacando-se pela sua criatividade, versatilidade e constante reinvenção artística. Bowie ganhou notoriedade a partir da década de 1970, especialmente com o personagem artístico Ziggy Stardust, que marcou o movimento do glam rock. Ao longo da sua carreira lançou várias canções que se tornaram clássicos da música, entre as quais Space Oddity e Heroes. Reconhecido pela sua capacidade de experimentar diferentes estilos musicais e visuais, David Bowie teve uma enorme influência na cultura pop e na música ao longo de várias décadas.
